Dave, this is obviously the first of many holes in the ozone layer to be caused by mankind’s careless burning of fossil fuels. In fact, the cold temperatures we’re presently experiencing may be comming in from outer space through this exact hole, thus leading to Global Cooling (GC). I beleive another, long-term study is required. Please send more money before we all freeze.
